Cowboy Grill — Restaurant in Dungun

The food is nice actually, that's why I like to dine in here quite often eventhough the service is poor and slow. But tonight is just the pinnacle. We ordered 4 dishes- 3 dine in and 1 takeaway. After waiting for a long time, only 2 food arrived. We reminded the waiter, then had to wait again. So, ok. We took some time to finish our food. Even after we are done, the food meant for take away is not yet prepared. Only then they began to grill tje chicken. We heard the crew staffs laughed among them when we complained why they have not prepared our food yet. Mind you- the place was empty and almost no other patrons, not even grab/ foodpanda. This is the last time we are dining here I guess. Very ineffienct and poor manners...

My first and last visit. Hoping for nasi arab but it was actually nasi arab modified.

Nasi mandy is nasi mandy bukan nasi mandy with kambing soup or kambing grill. There's not such thing for nasi arab.

And the price is so expensive. I used to eat original nasi mandy and the price not more than RM15. Even some place sell it at RM11 and more delicious than this.

Trying to support malay business but... I'm so...

Thought once they moved to new place, they will provide better service.. 😬

Good things - Spacious. Tables n chairs everywhere. Foods - nice, good n delicious. New hand washer/basin Tea O ice with mint for set menu.
