CaP Badak Western — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

I recently dined here but was quite disappointed. I ordered the mac & cheese and chicken chop — that was good. However, I also ordered the shell out sambal for two, and unfortunately, it wasn’t fresh. The crab, squid, and corn had a bad smell and tasted off — like spoiled seafood.

I told the waiter, and he offered to replace it. I refused because I had already eaten some of the clams, mussels, and half of the rice. I just wanted to give feedback so others don’t experience the same thing.

When I went to the cashier, I shared the same feedback. Sadly, the staff didn’t say anything — not even a simple word as “sorry.” I wasn’t asking for a discount or a new dish, just some acknowledgment.

Please take this seriously and make improvements. If in doubt, I even set aside the crab, squid, and prawns on a separate plate and left it there on purpose so someone could taste it — then...

Went there late at night, at about closing hour, but after asking the staff, they still accept us to Dine in there.

The food was delicious and flavourful to my palate. Usually when we went to any Western Food place, the food is a bit bland and we might need to add some seasoning for the food to suit our taste. But not at Cap Badak!

The food was flavourfull, the portion is generous, the lamb grill was tender and delicious, we also order the Talam at the last minutes. I thought we could not finished the food after eating lots of food, and were ready to tapau any leftovers for breakfast tomorrow, but boy, I was so wrong! 😅 There were no leftovers for us to tapau home.

My little brother even ordered their burger together with the Talam. Overall, the food was sedap and the price was reasonable. Thumbs up!

Nak blik ke johor..singgah makan sbb ank ckp sedap... Saye ckp dgn baik..bgthu lmbt sangat...sbb cucu da merngek..biase..pling lmbt 45 minit tggu mknan tu biase..ni fkt 1 jam lbh..luar hiase beb... Ank n menantu saya keje bgian pengendalian pemakanan... Pun bole ilang sabar... Bile complain..ko memekak sindir... U served.. sepatut kalau ko ade budi bahase..dtg kat customer ko..tnye ape masalah..mybe as a customer aku bole slow... Bole sabar... But u are so ego..ko rase ko bagus..ok fine..u are right... Moga ko dpt bertemu buku ngan ruas... Ko memang x gentle... Ko patut belajar berbudi bahase dulu..ko mgkn x tau yg dtg sbgai customer tu org yg memerhati ko...yg berlagak customer but somebuddy...harap ko faham...bkn aku..tp mgkin org lain... What u give..u get back..customer always right...x rugi berbahase...jgn sombong...

Oleh kerana x bole nk reply balik..saya edit taip ye kt sini...950 tu mmg da byr .tp lamb chop ngan cordon bleu tak sampai lg..kne tggu lg dlm 6@8 minit lagi... Mcm saya ckp..sepatutnye as a onwer...u kne dtg kt meja customer... Tnye masalah kami as a customer u...bkn saya je..semua org..lau lmbt..bgthu awal...jd customer x rase nk marah..nk complain kt medsos... Bole face to face...its better dr kita tulis kt sini... Jujur la saya ckp...makanan bole kire bole tahan..tapi layanan...teruk sgt... Kena ..awak ckp awak jerit kt pekerja utk cptkan servis...mujur sini x bole send video... Pkcik yg pakai songkok tu dok menyindir saye..ade dlm rekod kami...lagi satu...tolong pakai glove ye..bile pegang makan...itu satu kesalahan..pegang makanan xpakai glove..blom tentu tgn awak bersih walaupun da cuci..air dr tangan awak tu bole tukar rase makanan yg dipegang..itu etika chef di dapur...maaf..saya menegur utk...
