Deuk Gastronomy — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

In a nutshell, overall the experience i had at this place is beyond excellent. I would like to point out the best thing i had today which is the Meltique Beef Steak. The meat literally just melts in your mouth. Then, I had the Smoked Salmon. The smoky flavour is really good and it was one of the best salmon I’ve ever had.

But, honestly..thing’s turn up last night.

1.Decorative for birthday setup, not worth paying for 80.00 just for that.Were sittings without a fan.No one to bother our table.

2.Minute beef steak- meat extremely dry and hard to chew.Blackpepper sauce is very runny..no taste as a backpepper sauce.

3.Drinks- only few selections of drinks, where’s your iconic coffee? We’re expecting that but sadly served only with coke and juices.

3.Food preparation beyond acceptable waiting time.

4.Have to wait long,until we came to the counter and the staff said, you all are going to market to buy new pasta while we’re waiting.

5.Where’s all your iconic burger? All is not on te menu.

Anyway, this second experience would not let us to come again near future if the quality is not uplifted.We had experienced the best before, but second time is the world upside down.

Hopefully our kind and honest review this time would set a benchmark for Deuk to move on higher surface to sucess.

KECEWA!!! Kecewa dgn servis, kecewa dgn makanan yg dihidangkan, kecewa sgt² & tak berbaloi dgn harga yg dibayar.. makanan tak byk pilihan, x seperti yg ditunjukkan dlm gambar² sebelum ni. Burger tiada, lobster tiada, dessert tiada, malah air panas juga tiada. Kualiti makanan mengecewakan.. pilihan makanan utk single person, x byk pilihan, jd terpaksa ambil platter.. Saya order platter C & D utk 6 org mkan, 1 set nasi & masak lemak kambing, 1 pasta masak lemak, mashed potato 1.. Sampai saja , lepas duduk, scan barcode & order.. 1st smpai, set nasi masak lemak, 2nd pasta.. pasta tanpa sudu & garfu, kena minta, baru bagi.. Bila staff hantar makanan, kami tny, apa ni? Staff pun x tau nak jawab, apa menu yg dia antar tu.. Sampai platter C & D , tanpa sudu, garfu , pisau & pinggan.. macamana kami nak mkan ber 6.. ok la.. pergi minta lg di kaunter.. staff hantar pinggan, basah, pinggan yg baru lepas dicuci, tanpa di lap.. aduhhhh, kecewa & geram rasanya, sedangkan dirumah pun, rasanya x de siapa mkan dgn pinggan yg basah.. suami pulang semula pinggan ke kitchen, & minta pinggan yg kering.. Smpai masa menjamah makanan.. aduhhhh, bertambah kecewa... smoked brisket yg diiklankan, cantik tersusun, tapi yg kami dpt, seketul daging yg mcm disiat² shj.. smoked brisket, smoked lamb, smoked beef & chicken, semua kering, tawar, langsung tak de rasa rempah perapan.. langsung x de bau smoked tu.. platter yg dihidangkan kepada kami, sejukkkk, sejukkk at all.. daging semua langsung tak juicy, langsung x de rasa rempah, kalau dimakan tanpa kuah blackpaper tu, mmg tak rasa apa.. sbb apa sy kata kuah blackpaper, sbb cair.. coleslaw, masam.. mcm sayur yg dah x elok.. yg boleh diterima salmon shj yg ok, tapi pun x de bau smoked.. kami suspek, semua dibakar dlm oven.. rasa pulak mashed potato, masyaAllah, masinnnn... pergi inform kat kitchen, makanan sejuk & masin, tp staff mcm terkejut, or buat² terkejut, ok la.. diaorg gantikan dgn mashed potato baru.. also masin.. smpai x sanggup nak mkan.. bukan gravy yg masin, tp potato tu yg masin.. masak lemak pulak, pijar, pedas, mcm cili padi tu x cukup masak, still mentah.. Last² x berapa selera nak mkan, makanan x abes, tp kami tapau, sbb 1 of kawan sy nak bawa balik, bg kucing makan.. Maaf Deuk Melaka... makanan kamu x sedap langsung.. servis kamu mengecewakan.. x pelik kenapa kedai kamu lengang... Apa pun maaf atas review yg telus & jujur ini, harap org lain tak kena mcm kami kena.. Sanggup berhabis duit, utk menikmati mkanan sedap, tp mengecewakan.. Sila perbaiki servis anda, dan sila tingkatkan kualiti...

Passed by this place after having Kak Som's Nasi Lemak Istimewa nearby couple of weeks ago. Decided to drop by and check out the melt-in-your-mouth steak mentioned in the review section. Ordered said steak, smoked salmon and smoked chicken. This is a place deserved raving about. The chicken's skin is crispy yet the inside is tender and succulent. The lemonade is just nice. I would have rated this more than five stars if I could. Finally, a western cafe that serves superb food with economically priced menu. Great ambience. Suitable for couples. Will be coming back to savour their other items...
