I have been to this KFC twice. The first time was for takeout, and when I got home, the fried chicken was still hot and juicy. Since then, I couldn't stop thinking about it. Later, I mentioned it to a friend, and it turns out she is also a regular customer who thinks the fried chicken here is delicious, fresh, and juicy. The second time I visited was after exercising in the park, and I came here directly with my friend. There weren't many dine-in customers inside, as it seemed that their main focus was on delivery, as there were many delivery riders waiting outside to pick up orders. The staff were very attentive, checking if customers needed any assistance when using the self-ordering kiosk. It was impressive. During this visit, we dined in, and the fried chicken was truly superb. The first bite was almost mouth-burning hot, and the chicken was incredibly juicy. The coating was evenly applied, and the skin was perfectly crispy. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and I highly recommend it! Friendly tip: The air conditioning here is extremely cold. However, this particular KFC branch has an uncomplicated self-service ordering system. You browse the menu at a kiosk, pay, and then take a seat at one of the tables to wait for your number to be called. After a wonderful morning at the Melaka Botanical Garden, my wife and I decided to drop by this KFC outlet on our way home — and it turned out to be a pleasant stop.

We ordered and shared a dinner plate set along with a crispy chicken burger, paired with a Coke and a hot Milo. The food was freshly served, and everything tasted just right — classic comfort food after a walk in the gardens.

The outlet itself was a nice surprise. It was clean, bright, comfortable, and more spacious than expected, which made the meal feel relaxed instead of rushed. On top of that, the service was fast and friendly, which added to the positive experience.
