SQ SPIRIT (SQ Cafeteria) — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

Brought a friend from KL to try out this place for late breakfast. We were the only customers @ 10am. Ordered nasi lemak in coconut oil and mee siam with chili garam fish and fried egg. But was told after placing order, mee siam sold out when we were the first customers there🤨 We ordered a pot of flower tea. We asked to refill hot water, but not refilled after waited 10 minutes. When we asked again then was told no hot water cos the hot water boiler spoiled and no kettle to boil hot water. So couldn’t refill hot water😲 What a joke, a restaurant with no hot water to refill🙃 The food didn’t taste good, Chili garam fish was like fish finger pieces and very salty…just tasted garam🥴 and the nasi lemak with coconut oil just tasted weird and definitely not to our liking. Service quite bad too. There were many ground staffs around but seemed busy talking to each other cos my friend had to walk over to the counter twice for 2 empty plates and later to pack the unfinished food. when the place wasn’t busy at all. Food is pricy for the poor quality and taste. Total bill around RM51. Very disappointed experience and embarrassed to recommend my friend...

VISIT AND REGRET LATER! The detailing area may look professional and premium but in facts ABSOLUTELY NO ! I sent my car to do normal wash,their foreign workers mistakenly open my car rear side window and without notice it they direct spray the car with wash gun causing my car interior get wet(Its a premium UK made vehicle with leather n suede),when I feedback the incidents during payment with the counter guy(tattooed),no apologies or any courtesy reply,he just simply answered those foreign workers is like that lah,the interior will dry after time,just sit the car below hot sun for a while lah,and no thank you after payment,shop furnishings like 5 star,service is BEYOND POOR,i would say no star will given if allowed! -Price at high side,and for such poor service i will say NOT WORTH. -Cleanliness not clean enough,after wash my windscreen still many dirt mark(not watermark)looks like not wipe it,only...

Found a piece of glass/ hard plastic in my food, informed the staff, they just took it away without saying sorry or ask me anything (only asked me what was the thing I found, that's all). Waited for another 20 minutes, gave up and informed the staff to cancel my order. 5 minutes later they served the food, told me impolitely "sudah buat oh", which I declined to accept. Order set meal with drinks, but was told that the selection of drinks was wrong despite the chosen drinks were listed on the menu (B1-B6). When asked, the waiter said "itu menu lama, boss cakap macam ini, saya pun tak tau". When making payment, they was an extra charge for the drinks from the set meal. When asked, the cashier said "sebab ada ais, tambah RM1.50", but this was not stated on the menu, or when we confirmed the order...
