Food is acceptable here and atmosphere is spacious. Normally I would not write the below but this is incredible poor customer service 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Attitude of Service is certainly something they need to correct. Including the attitude of the store manager. Our group each ordered a meal, seeing the sauce provided, we asked if we could get some extra. A waitress was called and we ask her if we could get 2 sauce. We asked if it was chargeable and she told us that the black pepper sauce was not. Thereafter we requested for 2. All was good till payment time. Saw the bill clearly printed additional charge of 1 sauce. On principle, I asked why this was done when the waitress clearly said that was free. The cashier had the cheek to say it was only charges for one. He totally missed the point of business principle and customer service. Their manager came over after I insisted on principle that they should not charge as it was clearly said by the waitress that it was free. He twisted around and in a unsatisfied manner claims that the waitress was new in the restaurant. I calmly told him that there is no way our group would know if she was new or not. I doubt any customer would ask any waitress if he or she is new when taking orders. On this matter, intelligence of manager is questionable!! Eventually with a facial n tone of dis satisfaction, the manager says he will waive the RM1.20 charges. I told him that it is not the amount that bothers me but the principle of honoring what is offered by the waitress. I even said that we can pay for the amount against the food of more than RM100 that we ordered. The amount would certainly not be a burden to us. The manager continuously cite that the waitress is new and he will waive the charges, totally incompetent in seeing the poor attitude he projected. Definitely the restaurant me have lost me as a customer. TWS- please train your managers. It’s a nice place marred by incompetent customer service attitude. He got the cheek to say that he is already working there for 20 years and showed the picture on the wall. Does that really mean I need to accept his restaurant errors just because he claims ‘the waitress is new’...

Rebranded to 'TWS' from The Windmill Station, its Bukit Beruang branch is constantly full during lunch hours as it caters to both working class and college students.

The seating area is spacious and comfortably fits about 80 people at a time. The interior is warm but bright enough and is clean. It makes a generally good space for a lunch meeting with family and friends.

Ample parking is typically available despite the crowds. It may be due to its larger college clientele as Melaka Multimedia University hostels are not too far away.

Offering affordable Western food with local staples, the air-conditioned eatery is a choice of many. As a halal restaurant, it serves a few varieties of lamb, beef and chicken served together with local or western staples. There are also club styled sandwiches for those who aren't in for a heavy meal.

Food quality is decent but one should not expect steaks to be as tender or taste as good as those in upper tier restaurants. Nonetheless, it is probably one of those places where locals don't mind where a clean air-conditioned space meets food a little more decent than your nearest...

This restaurant is part of a restaurant chain. It is a fusion restaurant that serves halal foods.

They have a wide selection of foods and drinks.

Their standard of food served are above average.

The service is fast.

The cleanliness is good.

Prices are reasonable. Cash, e-wallet and credit card payments are accepted.

There is a large carpark nearby. Usually no problem in getting a parking space.

There a few steps present before reaching the restaurant. For patrons that are on wheelchairs, they may encounter some difficulty there.

15-02-2023 : Restaurant is operating without any Covid-19 restrictions. Prices had increased slightly but still reasonable and competitive. Food quality and portions maintained. Still a nice place for simple local fusion meal.

13-05-2024 ：Prices had inevitably increased but still very competitive. Business crowd is back to normal. Enjoyed the Chicken and Fish dish. Their Chocolate Milkshake is great and recommended..

11-08-2025 : Enjoyed and recommend the Butter Chicken Rice Set. The Double Chicken Burger is good too.
