Disappointed. We came here because of the reviews saying it's good. We had a standard steak and burger from the menu book. When we arrived, the steak was described as cooked for 20 hours then grill. We were like, what kind of steak is that and u can't choose which part or even well or medium well cooked. But since most reviews says it is okay, then we just try. 'Steak' comes and was very disappointed. It more to brisket but even brisket is not like thay. Daging very hancur. And it's rm39 yeah. Look at the picture and u see. The gravy also weird, cause it's not typical blackpepper but remind me of sate punya rasa sikit. Then we also order mojitos mango with lime. Disappointed. Not even mojitos. Just some bicarbonate lime water with ice. Not crushed ice, the mango x terasa pun. Damnn, we only tried to finish it sbb mahal. That mojitos is rm10 and served in plastic cup. The burger was sour taste, we thought it was sour sauce or something, but nope, the meat is sour. Only fries are good. The ambience was quite nice, but food very disappointing. For 2 people it cost RM80+ and we expect the food to be good lah. So, this is the first and last we ever come. Wouldn't even recommend it to family's and friends. For steak lover, it's not steak. I came with my family during dinner about 9pm. The shop is about 60% full.

I Ordered pasta seafood marinara and seafood chowder. Both the squids in these dishes are rubbery and tough.

Spend 1 hour plus there and both my 2 orange juice which I ordered never came.

I even asked 4 times, 2 times to the waiter and 2 times at the cashier counter to follow up on my 2 orange juice but it never came until all my food are finished. Luckily i have a glass of plain water which did came earlier.

The best part, after paying my meal, I feedback to the casher on this issue, the cashier replied my order was processed but seems the drink makers did not make it or they accidently missed my orders.. well, I can't accept the cashier reason because i did asked 4 times to follow up on my orders.. It's certainly not missed, they just don't care and not going to do it.

I was just about to leave the shop, a waiter stopped and asked me did I receive my orange juice or not.. I replied, I've finished my food, I had paid for it and i am going off already.. it's too late for even a service recovery.

Not recommended. Service is very very bad.

The food was mid, like literally so mid (or maybe just straight up bad :/). I think the only food that was bussin was the sauce that came with fries, maybe like potato sauce (I'm not sure what's the ingredients). But other than that, the food didn't taste really good but at the same it wasn't really bad. But the fish and chips didn't look like how the usual fish and chips. The fish didn't taste fresh, the blackpepper sauce for chicken grilled and beef burger also didn't taste good (it didn't really taste like blackpepper honestly, not like the sauce u get when eating chicken chop). I think they used the store bought sauce.

On top of that, the service was really really bad :/ It took them very long time just to serve fries. I mean I would totally get it if it were other complicated food, but it was just fries. The fries came cold, not even slightly warm or hot, same goes to other food. Only some were served while it was still warm. We waited for more than 30 minutes to get our food and the customers weren't even that many at that time. Considering how they have a lot of staff, they could have managed better.
