went on 12.03.2025, 5:30pm, entering the beach side and wish to sit for a while. suddenly, a male indian staff which wearing pink shirt black pant with tattoo at neck come and chasing us out from the beach side. He mentioned the beach belongs to the hotel and not allowed us to stay. Mentioned again if we stay there will summon us. HOW THE RUDE ATTITUDE to serve the customer, opps maybe for him we are not qualified to become their customer. Good customer service was very important to your company and need to improve also. Please be fire the manager on duty there, my brother went there to buy food, the malay staff is very friendly and guide him to buy the Lok Lok, my brother requested a song while buying food and the staff is friendly and put the Malay song which he requested, the manager is drunk and come and make issue with my brother by showing off he is the leader of the place and at the end turn up an big argument which until police all come down.
