The boss are very cheerful fellow and service with smile. Wok hey is strong, and he is super generous with bean sprouts and chives which is very old school, I can’t remember when was my last time I have fried kwua Teo with mouthful of veggies crunchiness, and cuz of that the fried kwua Teo feel less oily and always wanting for more.
