The WORST experience

I placed my order at 7:25 PM, and I only received it at 10:25 PM — after a ridiculous 3-hour wait. The store is only 15 minutes away from my house. This delay is completely unacceptable.

I called the store to check on the status, and the staff told me the order was already done. I waited another 30 minutes, called again, and was told my order wasn’t even in the system. Then suddenly they “found it” — and finally delivered it 3 hours later.

To make things worse, the pizza I received wasn’t even mine — it was someone else’s order.

This is beyond poor service. It shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I demand that Domino’s take this situation seriously and provide a proper explanation and compensation. This kind of mistake and treatment should not happen to...

I ordered a single meal, vegetable pizza, mushroom soup and bread. I waited for more than an hour (there was only one customer when I entered the store).

When I waited for nearly an hour, I was told that the mushroom soup was out. I asked if I could change the drink. I said no.

The person at the counter told me that I needed to wait for 15 minutes for the mushroom soup (I was very surprised. Why didn't they wait until the store closed to tell me 😂)

Then I waited I arrived first, but the customers who came later than me got their food faster than me.

I told the clerk that I had been waiting for an hour, and the clerk didn't even say sorry.

I will never come to this kind of store again next...

dont even bother ordering from this branch. got the pizza more than 2 hours later. staffs are irresponsible as it goes. called them several times to ask about my order. they answered my last call, said hello, and when i asked about the order, they went silent. yet i can hear the background noise! what a lousy way of handling...
