I waited for so long just for food. I ordered my by paying cash at 7:40pm. The cashier never look at me once . She just look at back side of counter and doing orders very slowly . Got another boy staff he also doing nothing. Back up got one person only ? Cashier got one person only ? Even sometimes there is no chicken at KFC whn i come for takeaway . This is not happen one time only . So many times . Im staying near by here and im a reguler customer here . The food quality is no good . Their service also not good . Sometimes they rude . Not me only waiting other customer also waiting for food almost 40-60minutes . Other KFC not like this ... why here so bad thier service ? Im staying in saleng almost 10 years . Read moreLast Sunday, saw that the restaurant closes at 12am, so I decided to come at 10pm, but when I arrived, the cashier immediately said dine in was no longer allowed. So funny because your restaurant close at 12 haha. The cashier was really rude and got no manners at all. She forgot to give me a spoon, forgot the plate, and then had the nerve to be sarcastic and badmouthing us and so unprofessional and honestly, quite funny in a sad way.
Then, around 10:30PM, I saw a group of four people walk in wanting to eat, but the cleaner told them, “Ayam habis” But we could clearly still see plenty of chicken behind the counter near the cashier area. That part was just ridiculous.
Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. KFC Johor, please check the service at this branch. They gave me and my family such a bad experience, very poor service, very poor attitude. The Worst...
Read moreAlthough I wasn’t dining here, I feel compelled to commend the incredible Indian lady manager who went out of her way to assist me during a challenging situation. When I noticed unauthorized transactions on my credit card and saw it was being used at this restaurant, I visited and explained the situation.
She immediately took my concerns seriously and helped me address the issue by confronting the individual who had found and misused my card. Her quick actions, empathy, and professionalism made all the difference in resolving this stressful matter.
