Today's experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered food through the McDonald's app and initially planned to pick it up via Drive-Thru. However, when I arrived, the staff told me I had to go inside to the counter to collect my order. I understood and went inside, but what happened next was unacceptable.
I waited at the counter for 30 minutes and asked about my order three times. The first time, the staff completely ignored me, not even looking in my direction. The second time, she glanced at me but still didn’t respond. The third time, I directly asked about my order number, and she told me to wait again, only to continue ignoring me and focusing on other tasks.
I only have a one-hour lunch break and was hoping for a quick and convenient meal. Instead, I felt ignored and disrespected. Went to payment counter at drive thru and waited for more than a minute but there's no one to collect the payment so I proceed to the pick up counter and told the staff I hadn't paid for the order. The staff told me I should pay at the payment counter instead. When I told him there's no one there, he argued with me and pointed to his earphone saying "dia cakap ada orang di sana". Hello??? Even supervisor act the same , have some professional service attitude . Giving side eyes and bad temper to customers , because own mistake did not off the app . Just explain or refund , what’s the point of keep giving side eye and not giving a response to customer . Only the cashier is friendly and helpful to check the status and what’s going on .
