Mee Time — Restaurant in Johor

Staff here are really unprofessional. Ordered waffle, then the staff spoke so slowly asking me to take the tongs then when customer didn’t hear, they got annoyed. Seriously? the guys was even playing games during working hours. Shouldn’t you handle customers first before entertaining yourself?

On top of that, when customers walk in, the staff give those “up and down” looks. Very rude and unnecessary. You’re running a noodle shop, no need to act arrogant. Honestly, the female staff and Indian staff were way more polite (morning shift & one of the chubby girl in the night shift) The two male staff? Totally useless.

If that was the boss himself playing games and giving attitude, then no wonder this shop is going downhill. Pick and handle your staff properly otherwise this place will die faster than your...

Fully understand the concept of self-service in this kind of restaurant. However, we experienced very bad customer service from the start which makes us kinda disappointed. A very rude Malay male staffs gave us very bad services. But there’s a very friendly Indian guy who always being helpful and friendly. He is the only one who really does his job while others just sit there chitchatting, on the phone, on the Nintendo switch and doesn’t give a fxck. Food wise, wide selection of instant noodles. Lots of noodle options (especially with their full range of Korea Samyang Ramen - you gotta try it!). The cooking spots are super clean, and they've got a bunch of fresh and diverse toppings. Their friendly staff can hook you up with the perfect toppings to go with your noodles. Chilled beverage options available too!

Ambiance wise - comfortable, spacious, clean, just good vibes all around. Plus, no need to stress about parking - got plenty of spots. For sure gonna visit...
