The owner need to look serious on the matter that need to be improved aggressively in ur outlet in order for ur long last in this food industry.

I have been go thru all the review from your page as u also well acknowledged to all the sincere comments from your customers. But it’s seems like not much changes in your outlet.

Staff: Need to take a proactive move in order to clean up the table right after previous cust left. If ur outlet are facing with lack of staff especially during peak hour of festive season, the owner or floor manager need to hire ample staff or part timer to cope with the crowd at your outlet.

Cleanliness: Flies were the serious matter that we need to be settle down. Flies were related with the cleanliness. Maybe the location of ur outlet near to some fresh market but need to think on how to overcome this issue.

System: Ordering system need to be improved in order to ensure that the flow of order process is smooth. Less of wrong order issue might be resolved.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The waiting time was far too long, and to make matters worse, one of the female waitstaff short in stature was incredibly rude to customers. The way she spoke was completely disrespectful, impolite, and clearly unfit for someone working in the service industry.

I came to enjoy a meal, not to be treated with such an unpleasant attitude. Due to the unacceptable service, I ended up cancelling all my food orders except for one dish and a few drinks, which I paid for.

Management needs to take immediate action and ensure their staff receive proper training. If this continues, I’m certain customers will lose trust in this restaurant.

The restaurant need a lots of improvement: The waiter/waitress is not helping at all. Not taking orders, need to sent the order myself to one of them. The waiter/waitress also not friendly and pretty slow. Please remind/train the restaurant staff to be responsible, friendly and helpful. The restaurant have too much flies, please install flies trap or mantain clean and hygienic restaurant environment. The food is not good as always/back in the old visits.
