Restoran Al-Safa Kota Masai — Restaurant in Johor

I came here before and I love their fried chicken to be honest, especially when they serve it hot. But today, I waited for more than 40 minutes for a single roti canai telur even after asking 3 different staffs to check on it and still not getting it ready. Even worst, how can any restaurant serve your food without checking if it is okay to be cooked or eaten? The cashier even said that's normal for them to serve their cauliflower dish like that and no issue about it....

Order roti telur bawang, when eating found out it's roti bawang .....missing telur. Every time order thosai or roti canai, the dal or chutney qty are very less. Even try to buy separate dal still end up getting small qty of dal or chutney. But very generous on what was not requested @ sambal. I wonder do you read the comments....check out those lower ** rates.....just check the last few months.....Please...

I frequent this store mostly because of its cleanliness and environment, considering it is in a sub-urban area.

However, the taste of the food itself is rather crude but somewhat has finesse to it.

Given by its choice of items selection and as per classics of the common Mamak, it certainly stands out in the neighbourhood.

Five star if to judged by its...
