booking melalui agoda.. sampai hotel takde sesiapa... kol tak angkat... please kalau tak operate certain masa reject terus kalau booking lebih daripada masa.. at least owner kene kol customer maklumkan pada customer bila dapa booking lebih daripada waktu.. bukan buat bodoh jer terima payment... kol customer service oyo operator pon kurang ajar tak nak dgr explanation customer... dah kita call hotel x dapat suruh kol lagi... tak paham bahasa... nak jugak paksa kol hotel lagi..soooo stupid.. dia jer nak bercakap... pastu kata semua hotel bajet operasi smpi kol 10mlm jer... hotel lain aku pegi elok jer ada... dan2 kata certain ada certain x.. alasan bodoh.. bila mintak tukar oyo lain.. taknak.. suruh kol agoda plak.. bila kita nak futher explanation.. suruh dia dgr.. dia terus letak... so bad attitude puyer operator.. kol again tak angkat... very bad...
