KFC @ Lotus's (Kajang) — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Super slow service. I’ve been here few times but there is no improvement. The queue is not long. Only 3 person in front of me but waiting time was 30min. Only saw 3 staff ;one cashier shes taking the order and she is the one pack the food, one in the kitchen and another one not sure runner or what. Some food always not available eg fried chicken have to wait for 30 mins and only available burger? Why people come to kfc if it is not because of the fried chicken? there was once rice finish and have to wait 40mins. If u already know the current stock already min, then the staff should have standby to cook next batch. This is branch in lotus whereby people will always come. So please...

I ordered a Twister Box and a Cheesy Twister (ala carte), but the chicken wrap that’s supposed to come with the Twister Box was completely missing. What kind of service is this?

On top of that, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. Customers were ignored even when asking questions. The female Indian staff at the counter was especially unhelpful – slow, unresponsive, and clearly not doing her job properly.

KFC HR, please look into this. If staff like this continue to represent your brand, it reflects very poorly on you. It’s time to reconsider who you’re hiring to deal with customers. Extremely...

Very long queue time (around 30mins when there is only 2pll in front), when served most of the things is unavailable, super jimat box (2-5pm) combo A and B tak ada. Lay hot & spicy potato pun no stock. After ordered one burger (ala kat), wait another 15 min to be served when there is even not that much pll. Just one order in front of mine. Only one guy work as a cashier and serve food, the other one guy is preparing food while NOT wearing mask.
