I usually come here for breakfast, and it’s one of my favourite spots to start the day. I particularly love the Laksa Johor — although the taste can vary slightly from time to time, it’s still a comforting and flavourful dish.
If you’re on the hunt for something more unique, try the Botok-botok (fish seasoned with herbs and spices, then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed). It’s not always available, so you might need a bit of luck or come on certain days — but it’s definitely worth a try when it’s on the menu.
One of the highlights here is that you can get sate early in the morning, which is quite rare in Malaysia. And the best part? It tastes pretty good too.

Saw a server cleaning a table by just wiping all the food leftover onto the floor.
There seem to be absence of ordering system and tracking of orders. One server said certain menu was not available but next minute the table that seated after us ordered the same menu and receive the order a few minutes later.
