Domino's Jitra — Restaurant in Kedah

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Domino’s. I ordered the Tropical Chicken Pizza, but when it arrived, there was no cheese drizzle on top which is clearly shown in the promotional image and is supposed to be one of the main features of this pizza. It looked plain and incomplete, and the taste was far from what I expected. I’ve had this pizza before, so I know how it’s supposed to be.

To make things worse, I told the cashier that I wanted to banana kaya pizza, but she didn’t include it in the order. I clearly mentioned it at the counter, and yet it wasn’t added to the receipt or prepared. That’s really frustrating.

Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable. When customers pay and clearly state their orders, they expect to receive what they asked for not a downgraded version of it, or...

Incompetent staffs. Affects the customer service to worst. They asked my name and my number, and stated that I've to wait for 15 minutes for my food, and I was really okay with it. 25 minutes went, I kept listening and saw the staffs were playing around and I started to stand in front of the counter, then only the staff started to call my name. the food was already there for how long? what's the purpose of taking my name and number if only I had to stand in front of the counter to be able to take my food? Hello, I've made an order at Bandar Darulaman, Jitra. It's fully understandable it's festive season now but the cashier shouldn't promised our order is completed in just 1 hour. Imagine we made our order at 8.30PM then we went home thinking it'll be ready by time. We brave through the traffic jam to get home and to return again around 9.30PM to get our order.
