Not direct customer but i did spent money for parking. Follow-up with the person below. First of all, we were not "extremely rude". In fact, the owner (i think?) were not discussing in good faith with us. Did we parked the car in a private space? yes bcs the signboard was at the other side of the gate which we did not enter from there. Furthermore, yes, we stayed for a long time and at a different restaurant but no one informed us. The counter did not informed us as what the owner told so they basically lied. On top of that, they acted like law enforcers not letting us leave and requested for money. RM40 for 3 cars for few hours. Mind you, the parking was empty then and still was when we got back. Yes we mistakenly parked there but the whole commotion of asking us to pay a huge amount for parking (rudely) and not letting us leave was terrible. We even proposed on having breakfast there the next day as good will but they insisted on payment. Fun fact! we planned on going there for breakfast before this whole thing happened lol. All in all, the owner/girl was rude to us, insisting on payment. A bit disappointed since some of us actually helped her staff on garbage disposal. We came with good intentions but apparently she took it the wrong way. I wouldn't comment on the food since i don't plan on spreading lies but i want to emphasize, with good attitude, i 100% would've spend my money for breakfast the next day which from monetary standpoint, they would earn more. She even asked us to take Grab if we refuse to pay. Really rude and not co-operative at all. She was SO HOSTILE the whole time. Anyways, I hope the person can improve her communication skills and common sense. For real though, she REALLY need to understand what common sense is. Going to every counter asking for parking ownership everytime IS NOT the norm anywhere and I hope she goes out and learn more about how the term "common sense" work. Thank you I guess?
FYI there was no sign of parking rate (so payment of rm40 should not be legally enforceable), no warning of outsider parking, just a simple small sign of "Parking Kafe Adik Kakak" which was small and at another gate. Not even the word "Sahaja". Next time be smarter and put up a clear sign and big enough so people can actually see at night.
P/S - Picture was taken after the whole thing happened which we didn't notice in the...
Read moreI used to like this restaurant. I been eating here since the covid lockdown ended regularly.
But i got 3 bad experiences and the last one, made me complain to the lady at the counter and politely told her that night will be my last visit.
Im gonna keep 1 fr myself as i have no proof. I mmg avoided lama after that.
Ni. 2 was bug attacks during the padi season. Thats not their fault.
The last straw that happened was my recent July 2025 takeout of beef bolonara (?) spaghetti they gave me with satay sauce (nut sauce).
I stupidly thought it was normal until my niece pointed out that shouldnt be the sauce. (The correct sauce was tomato).
It was done on purpose. Maybe for same reason as no 1. I told the lady at the counter politely n it was also...

Our friends had roti canai the roti-doll style and also coqkodok which I tried some - sedappp. Tapi sebab org ramai tadi, some orders may take a bit longer than some.
Ambience: nice open space, neat and nicely designed.
You can park your car in front of the cafe by the roadside or within a gated area designated to the cafe's customers...
