I am using my kfc make the order 1845pm but system shot pickup time was 1859hrs so I reach the shop was 1900hrs over and I keep standing there wait for 30min more still pending how come a fast food become a turtle speed food poor service and no friendly . No recommendations and advise go other shop

High Management please come here n do kaizen. Operation team not well trained and the workflow agak kelam kabut.. Banyak mistake time bgi makanan, clinets kena selalu double check. Demands are high here. It is a shame to let big name like kfc received many bad complaints but no action at all.

very bad service, got 4 kfc wifi, 2 open cant working, another 2 wifi they dont allow we use. and then chicken put long time, taste like frozen food... drink just little bit ice cube... burger need to wait more than 25 minute...

I have never tasted chicken this salty in my whole life I don’t know how they cook it but it’s like they marinated the chicken with a whole pack of salt not only that, the breading of the chicken is also like they mix in a whole pack of salt. Anyone who see this please avoid coming to this specific kfc. Go to any other kfc but this. And it’s bloody expansive for this kind of...

Very very bad service. I wait to long for my order. And your staff reply very rude. Ask for customer service number. She talk to me back realy angry. No manner . Before this already complain to manager but no action. Management should take this issue seriously because i saw many complain already. But management...

When i go there suddenly staff say run outside..its fire inside..thn ask me to wait..i was wait for 20min plus at outside shop but none of their staff didnt say cannot take order till i go inside again and ask them how long to wait more..so if i didn't go inside means maybe till tommorrow night i will...
