Horrible service. I'd give zero star if there's an option. The staff wouldn't let me use the rebate voucher because they said there's promotional items in my bill. But there's also normal price items in my bill. I wanted to have a separate bill for my normal price items so that I could use the rebate voucher but they refused to let me split the bill because they claimed that they had already keyed in. I don't believe they couldn't remove the items from the system because we hadn't even confirmed the order. I believe they're just trying to deny the use of the voucher unreasonably because I don't see it in the terms and conditions that the voucher couldn't be used for...

After finished paying, the staff asked us to hit 5 stars on google reviews. I know she meant well and that it's probably orders from the higher ups but why you are asking us to do FAKE REVIEWS? How will you improve your services like this? No wonder the branch that I went for keeps having low and low customers.

Regarding the food, it was just mediocre. The cheesy oyakodon was quite tasteless and the cheese part is only a slice of melted cheddar on top, making it quite nauseated after eating it.

I went here for iftar with my family. Paid nearly RM200. Their curry, wasabi (which is super spicy) and deserts are remarkable. The staffs were friendly and attentive even though they were very busy cleaning and serving customers. The only drawbacks was their delicious sushi was not nicely made and it seems to me that it was sloppily crafted....
