Nando's AEON Kota Bharu — Restaurant in Kelantan

Wonderful experience here as always. Chicken peri peri is our family's favourite meal. The atmosphere was great plus the friendliness of the crews. I want to update new review for my iftar experience today (22th March 2025): Review of Nando's Kota Bharu – A Fantastic Iftar Experience

I recently had the pleasure of breaking fast at Nando's Kota Bharu, and it was truly an enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with the signature Peri-Peri Chicken cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and just the right level of spice. The sweet potato and chargrilled veggies were equally delightful, adding a wonderful balance of taste and texture to the meal.

Despite the restaurant being fully packed, I was impressed by how efficiently the team managed everything. Our food arrived promptly, ensuring a smooth and satisfying iftar experience.

A special shoutout to Iza, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond in providing excellent service. Not only was she efficient in handling our requests, but she also showed great kindness and generosity. When my wife, who had gone to perform Maghrib prayers, struggled to locate our car, Iza graciously lent her personal phone to help. Such an act of kindness speaks volumes about her dedication to customer care.

I had an excellent dining experience at Nando’s Aeon Mall Kota Bharu. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable especially the griller maybe, idk his name maybe izzuddin. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal, which really added to the positive atmosphere. The food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious, the chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of flavor, just as expected from Nando's.
