Pizza Hut Delivery Kota Kenangan — Restaurant in Kelantan

I ordered pizza at their official website & the order was prepared by this Kota Kenangan branch and it was the worst experience that i had with Pizza Hut.

First of all, the delivery was so late, i ordered at 7.30pm & it was delivered at 8.45pm.

Second, they left out TWO items from my order. I asked the delivery boy, & he said to ask the pizza place directly.

And third of all, the two mushroom soups that i ordered & get was so WATERY & INEDIBLE as if they just put the soup powder in normal temperature water and send to the customers just as it is without getting it cooked first.

And i called the hotline to complain & fortunately got a follow-up from Ms Dila from Pizza Hut HQ (i guess so) & was assisted in getting the two items that was left out during the delivery.

I am beyond furious because i am super hungry & hangry. All the staffs at this Kota Kenangan should undergo training again before working. You guys had just tarnished Pizza Hut’s image. Shame on all of you Pizza Hut Kota...

Pizzas were freshly made and they tasted good. The drumetts were very delicious especially the New Orleans drumetts. The sauce is very unique and tasty, and most importantly the drumetts were all very juicy and satisfying in every bites. The downsides are the service here delays a big time as shown in the picture. And the ventilation in here is not that good. Shirt got the cooking oil smell after ordering in here, and dining area is very hot even at 7pm.
