Nothing to rave about. Seafood only, no chicken or pork variety. Tastewise is just the normal, many shops on mainland many times better and cheaper. Just paying "island tourist" price for the quality.
Biggest disappointment was the fish ball and fish maw soup, seafood meehoon was mediocre.
Avoid crabs as mostly ketam nipah, and Small in size. Not worth eating.
Fried sotong, and steamed prawns ok. Teochew style steamed fish was below par, stingy on ingredients, and no tofu or tomatoes. Fish was fresh was only salvation.
Herbal drinks in a plastic bottle. Not advisable,l as definitely not environmental friendly. Only cold and sweet herbal drinks, otherwise for warm is only Chinese tea or plain water.

Ordered creamy butter mantis prawn and served spicy mantis prawn. Asked the lady boss and she mentioned that she rarely makes this dish.
Everything came out quick and I suspect that every dish is already cooked and just reheated. Not recommended as it is quite pricy as well.
I believe that it is overhyped by the influencers who are paid to promote this restaurant on social media.

We ordered their popular chilli crab, fried mantis prawns, steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables, steamed shellfish and deep fried prawns. The serving portion was quite big and the seafood was fresh as expected, especially the crabs and prawns.
Price quit reasonable. Don't forget to try the oyster/prawn omelet outside the restaurant.
