I had a delightful dining experience at Marathandaa Restaurant in Bandar Puteri Klang, where I had the pleasure of indulging in a variety of their specialty dishes. Each dish offered a unique taste that beautifully showcased the restaurant's culinary expertise.
The Scrap Bandung Cincau was a refreshing beverage, perfect for Malaysia's warm climate. The blend of rose syrup and milk, combined with the chewy texture of cincau (grass jelly), created a harmonious and soothing drink. It was a delightful start to the meal, setting a high standard for what was to come.
Next, the Masala Tea was an aromatic delight, with a perfect balance of spices that invigorated the senses. The tea was brewed to perfection, offering a comforting warmth with every sip. Its authentic flavor profile made it evident that high-quality ingredients were used, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Moving on to the snacks, the Vadai was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a lovely blend of lentils and herbs that was both savory and satisfying. It was an excellent representation of South Indian cuisine, and its flavors were spot on, leaving me wanting more.
The Ullunthu Vadai, in particular, was a standout. This urad dal fritter was skillfully prepared, showcasing a perfect texture and an exquisite taste. The spices were well balanced, providing a gentle heat that complemented the natural flavors of the lentils. It was a delightful snack that paired wonderfully with the Masala Tea.
Overall, Marathandaa Restaurant in Bandar Puteri Klang is a gem that offers an authentic taste of South Indian cuisine. Their attention to detail, use of quality ingredients, and the ability to deliver flavorsome dishes are commendable. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy traditional Indian snacks and beverages in a welcoming...
Read moreVery much disappointed. I hardly leave comments with 1 star especially for our Indian shops, but this time I had to because their service was so bad. First of all they don't even wanna greet you to come in their shop. Me standing there for help needing a baby chair for so long and no one even turned up until I had to do it in my own. Even seeing me do it also they din come to help. From serving food to paying bills there weren't proper acknowledgement from the staffs and the management too. Price was not reasonable for the portion they served! I was standing at the counter for so long to pay and one of the crew members (lady) was sitting right in front of me and attending her zoom or VC meeting and did nothing but just let me stand there waiting for someone else to come and attend me. The other 2 crew members cleaning a table and after some time he had to come and attend me??? Please don't serve customer like this. I can see that the main problem there was lack of man power, so you all should know what to do rather than making customer wait for you for so long! After seeing the reviews here I believe this had been happening for a long time and the management did nothing to improvise it! Please try to improvise in action rather than saying it in...

The non tamil speaking waiter boy serving food as if we are eating with his money-so damn little.. additionally we ordered chicken varuval which they switched to chicken perattal without informing us (came approximately 15 mins after rice is served but the items were already there on the food shelf) we also ordered claypot udang sambal which was RM 19.90 for 6 small pieces of prawns (came after 30 mins , by this time we already ate the rice bcoz we were starving)- Prawn sambal tasted like chili powder+ Chili paste only, no faste at all.. This was an horrible experience.. pls do not ever waste ur time and money coming here.. wanted to support an Indian restaurant but at last just wasted our time and...
