Secret recipe Teluk Pulai, Klang — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

The food and drinks are so nice and we really enjoyed it. The cakes are also tasty too.... but we haven't found our favorite cakes like American Chocolate, The Red Velvet and others like butter cakes. And another important things why i gave only 3 star's is because the staff told me that.... the company or factory of secret recipe didn't provide tea break time special saving like how the do in normal days.... this is so bad, unacceptable because not everyone able to enjoy while busy and working days.... most of us will be enjoying it in weekend days or public holidays like this with their beloved family members and friend's. And after spending so much on lunch break time there and continue to have tea break time... with the special saving on tea break time menu.... suddenly one of the staff told me that on specific holidays and weekend days no special savings or discounts available.... but all only under ala cart basis. That's why i gave 3 ⭐ and was really upset about the 2 main points above. Hopefully the secret recipe big boss will review this and workout something on this complaint and add comments if there...

First masuk kedai memang nk beli kek tapi nk pick up esk n order delivery sendiri sbb klau order kt grab Mahal , so baik order kt kedai tapi delivery set sendiri ... Sebelum2 Ni order SR Teluk Pulai elok jee service boleh layan permintaan kami tapi tadi pergi memula dpt bdk yg ckp tapi suare tak dengar sgt yg tu tak ape lah okay jee then ade yg nk take over tapi yg take over pon perangai lagi teruk 🙄🙄🙄 Kami ckp ape2 semua tak boleh suruh order kt grab jgak so klau kami order kt grab buat ape kami dtg kedai ... Hmmm Last2 bdk tu suruh org lain yg layan haa Bagus memang lepas Ni klau nmpak bdk tu nk org lain yg layan , kami ingat muke tapi Nasib tak baca nama kt name tag tu klau tak memang nk mention skali nama Nye , supervisor Kot nama Liyana yg layan kami Nasib dia ade klau tak kami tak Jadi dah beli , baik beli tak tempat lain hahahahaha

Terima kasih Liyana , tapi still nk bagi service 1 jee Bintang sbb tak berbaloi dlm resit termasuk service tax tapi service kurang memuas kn rase nk mintak pulang kn balik yg service tax tu...

There was a lafy with 3 children, 1 is autism. The lady bought a cake not for dine in, the autusm kid wanted to eat the cake but the manager kick her out from the outlet because she is not a dine in customer. The way she treated the lady is very arrogant and without common sense. I would not come to this outlet...
