All picture taken on 3 October 2021. orang kata kalau tgh marah, jangan cakap jgn tulis. so today baru lah i review this restaurant. supaya bahasa yang ditulis di sini adalah yg baik.
1st time on 16 September 2021 we arrived around 11am. Have to line up. cuaca panas, and the payung so cute for someone yg badan besar. Then got table, order makan then habis makan going to sekinchan. During makan, out of sudden satu kedai berasap. we have to wearing mask that time until the asap clear. some guest near to the grill area batuk2 n pedih mata becoz that asap. food ok. rasa meet the standard. what i like is the roti kukus, roti bakar, lempeng sambal tumis and ubi kayu.
b4 balik, waitress yg jaga pintu masuk say sorry coz we have to wait a bit longer. i said its okay n told her to ask the owner to add more table. then she said, not enough staff. i answer to her to tell the owner to hire extra part time staff for public holiday and weekend to ensure the service at least at par. then i smile n she smile n say tq. i believe, the owner just come to collect the money only without knowing the current situation.
I hope got some improvement from the owner. but my mistake is i did not do the rating right after i ate in that place. i said this because its happened during my next lunch at here.
2nd time 19 september 2021 my fren dine in n tapau for me. I choose another menu. as i said, the taste of the food is same likes others kedai la. of coz i order roti kukus n roti bakar too. my fav.
3rd time 3 oktober 2021 arrived around 1230pm. panas terik + lapar. only 4 of us line up. Due to the weather yg panas terik, my fren requested to stand after the pintu masuk area coz that area redup n terlindung. The guy yg jaga said cannot! kene tunggu dekat luar pintu masuk. but me, i turunkan die punye penghadang scan my sejahtera check temp then i stand after the pintu masuk. followed by my fren. i have no intention to be rude, but ur waiting line is not proper for the guest to line up plus the weather is hot & u not offering payung like before. he silent & look blur.
then got table near to the grill area. my frens go inside to seat there, and on the table still not clean yet. then i follow a bit later then rejected the table offer from the waiter. he ask y and i answer, nanti kedai ni akan barasap and lemas dengan asap. we go the front area back. chit chat few minutes out of sudden kedai dah penuh asap. i heard people batuk and ade yg gosok mata. that smoke plak datang dr tempat panggang daging. bau asap tu agak tidak menyenangkan lah sebenarnya. Pelik kenapa kedai berasp? rupenye pemanggang sikit punye besar, exzos fan kau plak yg paling kecil ko pilih dan juga x on. Rosak atau saja x on i dont know.
Then meja untuk kapasiti 2 org ade 2 kosong. we combine the table then sat. all the waiters just stand near to the kitchen and watching to us. none of them come to us and said cannot combine that table until 4 of us sat with that arrangement after few minutes. after few chit chat, then dtg 1 girl said, x boleh sambung meja. meja ni untuk 2 org! I tgk dekat waiting area, there is no guest at all. then I said tp kami dtg 4 org, so kami combine table lah. plus size meja ni bila combine lagi besar dr meja yg mmg disediakan utk 4 org. that girl still ckp x boleh. so its ok lah. we separate the table back. i sat with sam. lini & mocah sat together. then datang sorg lg waiter hantar tin untuk isi salinan order & list menu. I thought dah setel pasal meja, actually is not. that girl dtg semula. i teruslah nak order. then she said, our sitting is not right. cannot seat side to side but opposite each other. i ask her, boleh ambik order dulu x, sebab nak tukar posisi duduk sekejap je. she answer me, kami x ambik order selagi x tukar posisi duduk. then we follow what she said we change our sitting position. i still smile & take a deep breath to calm my self. then sam spoke to that girl we come together 1 car y have to seperate? that girl answer it with "SO?". my darah terus naik. luckily she gone to where i x nampak. if not, mmg aku maki...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while now, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The outdoor seating was completely full, but for some reason, the indoor area was closed. When we asked the staff, they assured us it would open soon. We waited for nearly 10 minutes, but the indoor section didn’t open until a customer finished eating and left to pay. By that time, we had no option but to settle for an outdoor table. We placed our order at 1:17 PM. By 1:45 PM, there was still no sign of our food, even though other tables that ordered after us were already served. I asked the staff to check on our order, and the response was simply, “It’ll be ready soon.” After waiting another 10 minutes, I followed up again, only to be told that “the chicken is still cooking.” Honestly, this is unacceptable. If there’s a delay, the least you can do is inform your customers instead of making us wait without any updates. The lack of communication from the staff made the whole experience even worse. Not once did we receive an apology despite waiting over 40 minutes for our food. The staff didn’t seem friendly or proactive in addressing our concerns and acted like they couldn’t be bothered when we asked for updates. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy was shocking.
As a regular customer, I expected much better. This level of service is unacceptable and shows poor communication and management. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service and how they...
Read moreGood Things: Their tong mo(Cambodian Sausage) is totally awesome. Juicy & meaty with superb seasoning. Roti bakar also perfect. Fluffy bun toasted till slightly crispy.
Bad Things: Their staff keep on asking where did we park our car. Almost every 15 mins, from waiting to get into the restaurant until we managed to get a seat, nonstop. Totally annoying. Payment system is not centralized. Tong mo, toast bread, half cook egg & etc, need to pay at different counter. While steam rice menu, drinks & etc need to pay at another counter. Waited for such a long time, even though there already several table empty and cleaned. But the staff too busy with the parking issue.
Suggestions to Restaurant: Improve your payment system. Just make 1 counter for all, rather than different counters for different menu payment. Regarding the parking, I do understand that your restaurant don't want to have any issue with the opposite restaurant by taking their parking space. But my suggestion is that, everytime your customer about to enter your premise, ask them where did they park their car. If at the wrong place, ask them to move it first before they can enter. Else, it gonna be totally annoying to be asked about it from waiting until eating, totally ruining the mood. Always alert for empty table as your customer waited under scroching hot sun.
Suggestion to Customers: Ensure that you park at the back of the restaurant, or in front of the surau. Please take note that there is 2 counter that you need to go to make...
