Rotiboy LRT Taman Melati — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Not recommended. Staff handling not customer friendly. I requested a rotiboy that just been baked because i want the topping still crispy

The staff just took one n rudely respond, 'Ni yg plg panas, takde lg yg lebih panas. Yg ada just yg belum masak' Do you need to respond like that to customer even if u r tired with your job?

I just pay then n received a warm rotiboy. As expected, the topping is soggy not crispy anymore. The staff took the one in the cabinet while I saw there are many on tray in front of oven which I know that is more recent out from oven

This is my 2nd purchase at this outlet. Previously also experienced the same, the topping not crispy. Regret my purchase. Not going anymore

Went to rotiboy this evening around 6:00pm and I asked if they accept card but the staff said, “no” and I only had RM50 note with me. That was all I had and I was hungry. I bought 3 buttermilk rotiboy and paid using the money I had. The staff was very rude and said that I should’ve given a smaller notes and she said “ramai orang bagi duit besar, tengok ni ada sepuluh, sepuluh je” and giving me attitude while showing the RM10 notes that she had in the cash register (it was kind of a lot). Avoid. I encountered this one staff quite old lady bertudung twice, very rude. She clearly dont have sincerity with her work, and show anger. She wont ask, but will scold u for nothing.
