Ordered combo set I asked if can I change soda to mineral water the staff at counter said can. But apparently it just drinking water, not mineral water. Asked whether I can just get a cup for soda and they take back their so called mineral water but they said cannot. This is happen few times. I even double asked if it really mineral water they said yes but it’s actually not. Sorry I am not very picky but I cant just drink drinking water. Latest order through Grab was not good. Normally, they are at par with other outlets but the most recent lunch order was not good. Order delivery through Grab was on time. Chicken were fresh but drinks was where the problem was. 1st they are the only franchise that does soft drink in a paper cup right, with a seal plastic cap, like bubble tea. But the last order, 1 of the cup must be leaking. The entire plastic had soft drink. Then the drink itself is bad. Feel that they pack and left it there for a long time. I don't mind waiting if they truly can delivered within the time frame promised as I understand shortage of foods. But super disappointed when I've been waiting at the table nearest to the counter for more than 30 minutes but I don't hear my order number been called out at all. Which is more than the time frame promised. It was not until I went to the counter to ask because it's puzzling to see same order after mine was called out first. The staff didnt even ask why i was waiting until i asked about my order only then they gave me the order! The box even evaporated for staying too long with hot food. Worst experience ever for...
