Arrogant staff especially the Lady (Named Mel).

Shop only provide cash and TnGo (where in the world that Labuan people is primarily using TnGo? Not even QR Code.

Good food but the owner is not from Terengganu even if the name is Ganu. (as informed by the waiter).

You have to pay for the small portion of the sambal belacan.

Used to be one my favorite. But my last 2 meal here were disappointing. The price has gone up but the portion gone lower. The taste completely gone. Literally lost it magic. The staff barely smile. Food item on the menu not available. The environment stayed terrible same old. I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go here anymore....

Go here only if bored. Food's not so great. Comparatively with other stalls with the same specific dishes: Nasi kerabu less ingredients, ayam penyet the sambal lacks umph or spice, slow to cook too, ayam Berempah w nasi kukus, can get better elsewhere in labuan.
