McDonald's Labuan Airport — Restaurant in Labuan

They don't have numbering screen & don't provide you with receipt order number, you need to remember when cashier told you your order number & keep alert when they shout your number once the meal is prepared. Next, everytime you finished ordering, please ask the cashier to repeat your order list. They tend to forgot key in. Next, when your meal is ready, you yourself need to check all the item inside especially for SPOON & cutlery when ordered porridge/nasi lemak & sugar/creamer for hot beverages. Ya, fastfood is not fast anymore when every tiny things you have to ask to check. The operation flow SOP is lousy. Thanks me later. Have a good day, just smile & help them improve humanly, they obviously do not have good effective Leaders...

pros: one n only mcdonald outlet in labuan, happen so it's located at the labuan international airport

cons: too many staff crowded inside the cashiering counter n preparation counter only 1 fella made to attend the floor(clearing left over or trays) the lacking of multitasker inside the cashiering counter fries r served cold whn arrived on table for diners look at tht burger.. it look sad.

feedbacks: during peak hours, staff should be more multitasking instead of focusing on just 1 thing/task only some table r left w drinks drip n werent wipe off properly

services could always be improved, coz i wonder how would they cope comes festive season...

I am now in MC D Labuan airport having my lunch. Now is 1:04pm

No doubt on the foods , however there is one staff dragging my attention with his superb good manner and commitment on his works eventhough he is manning the entrance, table cleaning, foods delivery to each table whenever it's a need. Even control the Queue and crowd reminding customers in the physical distancing when queueing .

He gives warmest welcome to all walk in customers, tidying the security check point, can see he never stop findings works without stopping his footsteps.

I hardly give comments, but I really feel like want to share on this boy today on his working commitment...
