First and foremost, I was very in love with this shop's pastry and bakery. I even went there almost every time I returned hometown from university. However, it really disappointed me from the view of service. Honestly, the staff do not show their respects to customers. I had a bad experience when I order a cake for my friends' birthday through calling far from university. The service is really bad as I have no idea about how big a cake is neither 1/2 kg nor 1 kg. And then, I ask for the size that available or provided by the shop. The PIC at that time tell me like that, “小姐啊，你直接跟我讲你要多少kilo的就好” I'm like... Umm ok, actually I just want to know the size in inches/cm perhaps, so that I could estimate it. Just tell me, is that hard? It's a nice bakery with a decent variety of buns and cakes stocked up. Some of the rack areas can be filled up with more stock if needed. There is no seating area for in-house dining. One can purchase and take away the buns. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They are very efficient in their functioning. A membership might be available. Lousy customer service and rude staff. Even when I ask a little bit more questions about their pastriy varieties, being answered unwillingly as if I am causing them harm.

Further, doesn't follow SOP. Never take customer temperature. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as there is no way to monitor if someone is COVID infected or not. Choose other bakeries which are more safe and better treatment if needed to get any other...
