The food were absolutely delicious especially battered squid, sambal sting ray, 3 rasa seabass, black pepper jenahak which were prepared by the cook and crew from the restaurant, i would say everything’s good except for the otak2 which is kinda disappointing.. (best to get another vendor as the taste is too bland and fishy, missing spices which is nowhere to be found)
However, some other things that we’ve noticed and a little concerned of the dining chairs which were too dirty due to old age, there are newer plastic chairs on another section nearest to the toilet.
I hope the Owner of the restaurant will change out all those worn chairs, furnitures etc. to make the dining area more appealing and cleaner look.
Other than that, nothing else, plenty of parking space and we hope that you will get even more patrons after changing the dining sets. Don’t get us wrong, obviously there are diners that wouldn’t mind but ours is a two cents feedback for your room of improvement.

Read moreWe were pleasantly surprised by the whole dining experience last night. While looking for a nice seafood place for dinner and finally concluded to give Deli Muara Ikan Bakar a try. Firstly, they had a sound selection of freshly displayed seafood at the entrance. The person in charge of the seafood stand gave us numerous cooking options and made spot-on recommendations for cooking preparation of the items that we chose. We were pleased that the dishes were thoroughly prepared and nicely presented. We truly appreciate and enjoy each dish. The ever-friendly and dedicated owner was genuinely concerned about our dining experience and humbly inquiring feedback for areas of improvement if any. The whole seafood dinner was honestly priced and the owner took the initiative to assist us with the transportation (Grab) booking for our return journey back to the hotel. Kudos to the Team at Deli Muara Ikan Bakar.... hope to visit the...
Read moreThe food were delicious! We had fish, prawn, squid and clams. They don’t make steam fish, so we alternate with Ikan Bakar Sambal and Ikan Bakar Sweet Sour.
Yes, here you can do half and half.
We had the deep fried squid, the portion was big (we did het 6 squids) and crunchy. Unfortunately, the sauce was just normal chili sauce, would be great if they make it thai chilli sauce.
Steam clams were juicy and clean. Definitely worth trying.
The star of the meal is Prawn cooked with butter + nestum cereal. It was creamy, buttery and sweet. Perfect pairing with their small size Nasi Lemak.
We went here during weekdays, so they were no crowds. So service was fast.
We spent a total of RM118 for: 1 Siakap Fish (cook two ways), 6 squids, 6 big prawns, 500g of steam clams, 5 small Nasi Lemak, one teh o ice...
