We were ushered by the girl from this stall. Very nice n hardworking girl. Infact, all of them are nice. Told them we need to check other stalls too, she gv us the spaces we needed. Done looking around, we decided to go back to this stall. They still very welcoming. Food quite fast despite having quite a number of patrons. Maybe because its weekdays. Ordered butter prawn, fried calamari (sotong tepung), salted egg crab, kangkung belacan, 2 fresh orange, 2 nasi lemak, 2 nasi 0. Food are ok. My bad cause im assuming flossy buttered prawns (dry), but it came in saucy butter nestum. Personally i like the dry version more, and maybe if they can, they can add that menu in future. Im sure a lot of people will love that. Salted egg crab a bit on the sweet side. But crab are super fleshy. Sotong goreng tepung tasted good. Nasi lemak, a bit of letdown for me since i grew up with Melaka's sambal. High expectations for sambal. Although we didnt order any fish, but the other tables's ikan bakar looks good. Our mistakes was we didnt order any spicy based dish, so theres no counter in taste since theres no sambal belacan given. But all the staffs including the owner are very nice and cater to your need if you ask. Prices super cheap. We were shock to get our bill at rm100 only. Sotong besar 3 ekor siap masak rm20++ only. We took alot of prawns too. If i live nearby, i will get gout soon. Why cook if prices same as we eat out?. Lol. Will we repeat? YES!

What we ordered at around 9.15pm: 1. 1 whole grilled sea bass (siakap) 2. 1 whole sea bass 3 way (siakap 3 rasa) 3. Two sets of stir fried Kailan 4. 2 sets of Deep fried batteredCalamari 5. A jug of Watermelon Lychee What we got (in chronological order - with time) 1. A jug of Watermelon lychee (10.19pm) 1. 1 whole burnt seabass (the skin is inedible - at around 10.58pm) 2. Half of grilled sea bass (around 11.14pm - Told them we didn’t order this but one of staffs told us there’s not enough ingredients to cook a whole seabass 3 way, so they decided what to cook for us, their humble paying customer) 3. Half of seabass 3 way (the other half around 11.25pm) 4. Only 1 set of Stir fried kailan (11.30pm) 5. Deep fried battered calamari - MIA So, eat at your own risk. Buat owner restaurant: Maaf, kami rasa teraniaya.

Sorry to say this. Food: Otak-otak: 4/5. Well cooked, tasty. Coconut jelly: also 4/5. Fried calamari: 5/5. Really delicious! Nasi lemak: freshly cooked, but the rice was too soft because it didn’t have time to dry. The sambal was just average, and there were no anchovies or egg. At least add a little, then it would be more worth the price. Sweet & sour clams: Ordered ½ kg clams, but most were sandy. The gravy didn’t taste good, and the color wasn’t appealing—maybe because no proper sauce was used. Grilled stingray: They served the stingray dry like that. They should have asked whether we wanted it grilled with sambal or plain. When we requested sambal, they just added a little on top! Conclusion: They need a real chef.

I'm going to comment based on my dinning experience with other seafood eateries in klang valley. I find the food here: Freshness 3 stars but taste is 1 star, price 3 stars (around 200 for 8pax). We had 8 ppl and ordered their dinner package. All agreed the fried siakap fish and hot nasi lemak were good. Other dishes like ikan pari bakar (not cooked properly), vegetable, deep fried sotong, prawn, sorry to say not good. Pretty much the nasi lemak and otak-otak that fed us. Maybe there are stores which serve tastier food around. Strongly suggest to shop around first before you sit your butt down and observe what other customers are ordering. Personally I recommend to eat in melaka town then to travel 30min to this place unless you really graving for seafood. Overall dinning...
