Ahjumma Kitchen — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I dined in for sundubu jjigae on Friday between 5PM - 6PM. The food is quite nice BUT while I was eating, one of their staffs blatantly clip her nails at the cashier counter, in front of their customers. Meanwhile, the other staffs didn’t say or do anything about it. Ketip kuku satu hal, ketip kuku takda tadah takda apa. Kalau dah berani ketip kuku depan pelanggan, tiada jaminan staf tersebut bersihkan balik kawasan cashier counter dan basuh tangan selepas ketip kuku. The staff’s behaviour shows there is also no guarantee that the employer ensures all staffs follow Food Handling Procedure.

I’ve worked in a restaurant before and underwent Food Handling Training. As a food handler, one should keep their nails short and clean and it should be checked BEFORE you start shift.

That was a major turn off and I would not come again to...

I really hope this place stays open forever. Officially, this shop has become a comfort place for me and my ex. I love my ex so much, and no matter how many times I try, I know I’ll never truly move on. This is the only place where I get to be close to my ex, talking deeply like we used to. Even though she’s no longer mine, the time we spend together here means everything to me. Plus, the food here matches our taste perfectly, and the prices are really reasonable too. I genuinely hope this place keeps growing and succeeding, so I can keep coming back and spending more time with my ex.

I've noticed the banner since last year and been waiting for them to start operating since it's literally just less than 1 km away from my house and when it finally opened, it exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting that the food will taste so authentic. I've been here twice. The sundubu jigae is one of the best. Oiso ioi used to be my fav but has been changing their recipe so I can say this place now is my go to place for sundubu jigae. Another suggestion, hopefully u can add ade drinks in ur menu. Regardless, I'll definitely come again soon to try your other menu!!
