poor customer service, the staff was very rude. Always running out of menu even it's not a busy day and not told to us that the dishes unavailable. They always keep us waiting for unavailable dish that keeps me waiting for 50 minute for a plate of pasta. Always chatting with each other (staff) without noticing other customers was calling for them .Bad experience for me. Not recommended restaurant. Will go to this restaurant again just to see if it had any differences in their services . This restaurant was not the same as I come 4 years ago with delicious dishes and friendly staff working there...

24/4/2025 dalam order saya, saya add on order 1 huts moist chocolate cake (slice). Beberapa minit, selepas minuman sampai. Seorg staf maklumkan kek yg saya add on tu dh hbs stock n minta tukar dgn chocolate lava cake n 1 scoop ice cream. Saya setuju. Tp selepas 10-15 minit kek masih xsampai dan kami dh hbs mkn. Suami panngil staf utk hantarkan kek yg di order. Staf perempuan yg dipanggil terkejut sbb kek kami xterima lg. Dtg seorg bagaikn supervisor maklumkan lava kek n ice cream cair..bila suami saya tnye cair sangat ke? Staff tu kata ye cair. Saya balas, saya nk cancel order yg tu. So xnak kek. Malangnya staf tu kata xblh sbb saya yg add on order. Saya berbalas lg, kalo mcm tu apa pilihan saya ada kalo awak dah ada keputusan utk saya. Staff tu maklumkan xpe, saya hantar je n cuba dulu. Tak lama tu datang seorg staf, hantar ice cream n chocolate lava kek tp memg vanilla ice cream tu dh cair n xrupa ice cream. Saya jawab apa semua ni, awak bagi kami xde pilihan untuk cancel order tp kami nak kena byr benda ni. Staff tu kata xtau, sbb tu bhgn kitchen.Suami saya amik sudu n lihat texture ice cream ,memg betul cair sgt.. kek plak bila kami rse hangit di bhgn bwh. Saya pernah menjadi staf PH di nilai n saya Tau apa yg boleh or xboleh n sepatutnya kena buat. Bila saya tegur staf , hanya buat mula palatau. Sebabkan kesalahan staf, perlu ke customer membayar.. desert yg kami terima , ice cream memg xblh mkn n kek yg hangit td pun xhbs.. Bhgn casher saya dh nasihatkan , tolonglah pesan kat supervisor or others staff kalo makanan tu xblh serve kpd customer jgn serve. Mengaku salah sendiri bukan ego or layan...

I went to here to grab my most Favourite food. I choose to take out bcuz they don't prefer done in actually. The time around 10-15minutes only to wait. By the way the pizza was so delicious and never disappoint me. It tastes well with extra cheese too. I really like cheese. U guys also...
