Staff lack of product knowledge and customer service. We asked her what is Apacaba coffee and her answer simply "macam latte, ada caramel je". She just want to finish the order quickly without properly introduced what was the coffee. Ordered macadamia frappe, but she put caramel frappe instead. Probably the best place to get good coffee in the small town of Kuala Kelawang. The iced coffees (latte, hazelnut latte, etc.) are all good, as expected, but the price is a little bit high for Kuala Kelawang area (RM17 for the hazelnut latte). First time being at Apacaba outlet. As a retailer myself, I feel Kuala Klawang team has excellent team work. Strong team work, excellent customer service 👍 neat and clean outlet.

Drinks are very nice with average branded drink price.

Taste a strong 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ The food great variety fresh looking, fast service. Great labeling system. I didn't had food this round but will definitely try it some time in the future, the smell is just mesmerizing.
