However, there's a slight drawback in their inability to accommodate small requests, such as a slight milk foam adjustment for the ice latte. Considering the slightly higher pricing for this location, this could be improved upon.

Bad atmosphere & services. Unprofessional staff during night shift. On google stated close at 12:30am but when reached 12am the staff started turning up music in a very high volume. when the customer asked to turn it down, they turned it down a bit but then not even 5 seconds they turned up the music louder than before. Rude. Plus staff need to develop a better taste in music. Dangdut songs in aesthetic cafe?? Uh come onnn. When around 12:20am staff switched off the light one by one. I believe the way the staff handled the situation was not in line with proper customer service standards. It could have been approached more thoughtfully and respectfully in creative maneuver to ensure a better experience for everyone involved. You can do better than...

It is super hard to find a coffee place when in Titi, I think this is due to it is a small town with less youth/ lacking of cafe hoping culture as well. So to find a proper coffee place is hard, but take note, there are 2 petrol station that actually having Apacaba with them, both cater for dine-in so you can rest before continue the journey. Coffee not bad, I think comparable at least to Starbucks but they do slightly better because their Americano is right temperature, while Starbucks is boiling hot...
