went here on 18/10/23 around 8 pm and there were no people so i thought it was closed, only me and my family 3 people. i ordered mango cendol and buah kabung cendol, this isn’t my first time eating cendol i had experience ate it in Melaka but the one i ordered here is the worst where i got really frozen shaved iced and cendol is so hard to chew it as it really frozed. also for the mango it was really not fresh, watery mango and it colours changed to dark yellow already not like the one i had cendol kampung hulu in Melaka. i took a pic of cendol but unfortunately it lost.

Secondly, for main course i ordered asam pedas lamb shank and grilled chicken chop. lets go through one by one since im also a chef. chic chop plating i paid for really not worth it and they served me with not enough portion of salad and not the same as the pic shown in the menu and your social media. it looks like kids meal only with cheap quality over fried fries and salad also not fresh. picture shown in the menu got tomato but i didnt get tomato at all as u can see i will put a photo of it.

Next for lamb shank, portion for rice so little even got really tiny sliced cucumber literally like kids meal with a lot of keropok moni. overall portion and price that quite expensive really not worth it this isn’t fancy place like air conditioned restaurant or cafe. somehow looking at how u present the food is really not honest with doing business.

First. It takes almost 45minutes for the food to arrive. When we came very less people here. Only carbonara was served first then i asked the waiter about my orders and then the food came. Ordered chicken asam pedas and came ikan tenggiri. The waiter then left and pick the correct order. Later on spaghetti bolognese came to the table. All food is not hot so I was curious the 45minutes time taken was for what? second thing, after long waiting period then my kids already hungry and eat the bolognese and turned out spicy. They only eat 3 spoon and left it. It supposed to be sweet for bolognese but it has the spicy chili taste like so spicy for the kids or even me to eat. For the price, its not reasonable hence the food is not finish. I was so disappointed and came to the counter and complained. So the waiter didn’t understand and called the other person. They said the spaghetti bolognese will not be count in the bills. Because of the raining and my kids started to cranky due to long period of waiting so we just rushed of to the car. Came with my big family to this restaurant at night, in a hope that we will get good service and food as I read good reviews from TikTok and Google. Unfortunately, the orders were very disappointed. The foods were late, and it was cold. Seems like already being cooked and stored for a while, not freshly prepared from scratch. Or maybe the waiter served the food late. I am actually fine if the food was prepared earlier and then stored, but they served it cold and late? Like what is the purpose for you to prepare your food earlier if not to make your work and service to customer easier and faster? There were also many staffs in the kitchen and front, so i was not be able to understand this inefficiency.

As for taste, the food had a great taste but with this kind of service, sorry, it is not suitable with the amount I paid for the foods as the price were quite pricey and the quality was so bad.
