A sunset cruise, with no options to cancel if the sunset is not going to be there. When the ship captain is confidently saying you won't be able to see the sunset.

The crew on the board were good.

Miserable experience in terms of the customer service being handled. Sera Wong the booking manager needs some lessons on Basic Customer Service Etiquette.

The ship was only hovering around the shore. They didn't venture into the sea at all.

Also starting at 6pm for sunset should be reconsidered by the owner maybe some 5pm or atleast 5:30.

I booked after seeing the good reviews. But well certainly today was a bad service from them. Also I saw a family who came and looked at the top of the boat and they exited before the cruise started.

I was given an option to reschedule if I wanted. But I am leaving on the flight tomorrow. I explained this, but I got a dumb logic of sir what if you book a flight and if you decide to cancel it last moment.

I am not sure what kind of stupid comparision it is to sell a ticket as sunset cruise, and booking a flight ticket and wanting to cancel it. I guess maybe Sera Wong books flight tickets to see sunset but not to travel from Point A to Point B like everyone else does.

A brand being built with good reviews. But can be destroyed by such a booking manager in one go cause of her attitude.

Alot to comment Not preinformed that if the wind is strong will only stay in the marina only mentioned about sea jacuzzi not able to used (if wind is strong maybe compensate with other activities like fishing or just reschedule it?? coz it's pointless and a waste of money) staying in the marina was bad as everyone was dizzy as the boat kept spinning in circles, for that I'll rather go out to the sea and being dizzy there at least there's something to see The free drinks tasted horrible Karaoke is not even a karaoke when host will grab mic from u teaching u how to sing or divert u from song choices (then just call it me-raoke) Pretty boring nothing to do just paying to take a pic at the front of the boat and sit, boat was also vry old and reminds me of the old Genting outdoor theme park boat (ya u can picture how old it is now 😂) Vry narrow walkways

The staff was very friendly, An experience I will never forget. It's just that the sunset was not very beautiful because there were a lot of clouds.

The sunset was not beautiful and they like want to chose to reschedule. All of us were waiting for the boat to sail. Now I see your comments and I understand how weird you are.

For example, when you go to the water park and it rains, some activities may be closed due to weather reasons, but the entire park will still operate as usual. Would you be stupid enough to ask the park to change the date or refund?

I think the weather is uncontrollable and nothing can be changed at the last minute. The hotel staff also clearly informed us when we bought the ticket that unless the ship cannot sail, no refund or temporary rescheduling will be provided on the same day.
