Coffee is decent, nothing to shout about at this price point. Atmosphere decent, not exactly classy, but ok. No AC though, so might suffer at high noon. Service so so, at least they are courteous.

What bugs me is that I ask for hot latte to be poured into my own cup, he did literally just that, pour it in without rinsing my cup or emptying the ice inside. Does common sense not exist?

The QR code ordering experience is bad also, forces you to enter your own number. Payment system subpar, when I finally choose pay by cash I submitted the order twice because after clicking proceed it just went back to the cart with my order. Luckily they were willing to cancel my extra order.

Menu looks like all local and cheap food with expansive price tag, that I did not dare to try.

Kitchen and toilet looks like those of a mamak, no toilet paper and spray.

We arrived at almost 12 pm. We purposely come from kajang for the bagel after we saw the ad on FB. Ordered 2 bagels (mushroom and egg? bagel), a kombucha and an espresso. Unfortunately, the waiter said out of 4 types of bagel, only the chicken hen bagel is available. So we changed the order. We ordered one chicken hen bagel and one buttermilk spagetti. The espresso and kombucha were good. Buttermilk spagetti is okay, it just that instead of using perhaps ready-made chicken popcorn, you can use a fresh grilled chicken. We were disappointed with the bagel. The bagel is not as fluff as advertise. And since you expect people to come to your shop especially during noon, you shouldve make sure that every ingredient needed for the food you're making are readily available. Hope you can...

I've been wanting to visit this place since the opening yet I didn't make it. So today I pay a visit there is it that good as what people reviewed here. So I ordered buttermilk popcorn chicken, it is a bit pricy for small portion of the popcorn chicken and the gravy. I got my order with messy plate as the oil from the popcorn chicken is not well filtered and even the buttermilk sauce is oily? Not sure what kind of buttermilk is that or maybe they put too much butter innit even the colour turns yellow. I even asked the waiter to change the plate because it is so oily and I can't eat that.
