Imanee Cove Cafe (Restaurant, Western, Waffle, Coffee) — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

First time visiting this cafe. There’s definitely room for improvement. The atmosphere felt a little gloomy for a dessert cafe just an hour after opening, but the vibe was quite dull. I think background music could play a big role in brightening the mood.

The service was fine, though the cooking time for my meal took a while. Understandable since I was the first customer.

Food-wise, the waffle was fluffy with generous toppings quite enjoyable. For the main, I had the chicken chop. The mushroom gravy was tasty and buttery. The chicken itself was more like ayam goreng tepung before being coated with breadcrumbs, an interesting approach, but still not bad.

Overall, the cafe has potential. A livelier atmosphere and a little more engagement from the staff could make the experience much...

Food: Taste quite ok. But for pasta they used processed prawns instead of fresh prawns. Not worth the money.

Drink: Totally not as per picture on the menu. Taste doesn’t worth the price at all.

Service: Front staffs were very polite. But please expect 30-60 minutes per every single meal to be served. They used Beep apps for self-order. Very bad choice of apps. Keep on asking for dine in or take away and table’s number for every single meal i chose. Internet line was very bad at there. Furthermore, no wifi provided to expedite the ordering process. Alternatively, you can place the order and pay at the counter.

Atmosphere: Air conditioned room. But the music was too loud.

Okay to try but you can get a better dinner with that...

its a nice place with good food. But, please do improve on your customer service. If u see a group of customer waiting waiting waiting and waiting for 50 mins to 1hr plus, dont you feel odd why they waited?? Its not customer issue that your system doesnt capture the order. Maybe you can take 1 minute to ask is everything okay with the order/menu cause its order via on9. We, customer wouldn't know that your system doesn't capture our order/have system issue until we have to ask how long is it gonna take. But, overall food is really good.. so im gonna let it slide but with advice cause its a really good place...
