Kedai Makanan Dan Minuman Jui Kei Corner — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Scenario:- 1st time visiting the place on 03/03/2205 at Rasah Jaya - requested permission from one of the staff if I can charge my phone as I saw a plug point. Staff agreed and allowed.

2nd time visited the place on 04/03/2025. No issues. (Didn't charge my phone)

3rd time visited the place on 05/03/2025. Ordered my meals and total cost was RM 14 but the lady boss charged me for RM 20. Why? She stated I have been using the electricity to charge the phone (RM6) extra. I told her that it is ridiculous to over charge me by RM 6 just because of charging my phone, and also because I have notified the worker earlier ahead and I gotten permission to charge my phone. Whether the lady boss was being notified or not, it a communication breakdown between the staff and lady boss.

But The Lady Boss behaviour was ridiculously insane as "she was screaming at the top of her lungs stating I am the boss" . A very very bad attitude portrayed by the lady boss.

Nevertheless, I was reluctant to pay the additional RM 6, and demanded that I wasn't fairly treated as a consumer. In the end I still had to pay RM 4 additional which makes it a total of RM 18.

Please bare in mind, it's not I am being calculative of the RM 4 amount but what I am not pleased about is the behaviour they have portrayed (the daughter secretly taking my video of my face without permission, the mother screaming and yelling Infront of everyone of us, overcharging us by RM 4 for electric) there was no sign board stating we have to pay for electricity for charging. There was no awarenesses about it. (I payed RM 4 additionally to cut the story short)

Police were called to handle the matter, PDRM even stated she is in a wrong to randomly charge consumers of the RM 4 for electric.

My plead and suggestion to everyone is to NEVER VISIT this Horrendous place with poor behaviour portrayed by the lady and her daughter. Bad experience to be honest. FYI, the place wasn't that hygienic...

Long time to wait for the food and the food is unpalatable, so worst the attitude of the owner, not recommend to...
