Ordered at 8:08 pm. Delivery set to arrive at 8:38pm. Currently it is 9:43pm. Still no delivery. My grandmother just had some bread and leftovers from lunch for her dinner. She couldn't stand her hunger. The rider has been sent to places further than my home. I'm going to avoid this place like the plague. NO FOOD, NO STARS!!!

Update: Rider arrived circa 9:50pm. Forgets drink. Took it off the bill. No vouchers or any kind of compensation from Pizza Hut was given initially. They called later to offer a voucher. Overall a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. At least the food was still fresh. 1 STAR granted...

I ordered Regular Super Supreme Pizza & Creamy Tomyam Seafood Spaghetti dkt grabfood.

Why regular size yang i dapat macam small size? I bayar regular pizza tu for RM 41. Why i got like small size?? Mmg dia 6 slice but every slice tu srsly kecik macam beli personal pizza pulak! Kalau u nak bagi smol size like that , i rasa boleh kot pergi turunkan harga pizza tu! Serupa macam i ambik personal pizza kalau gitu!!!!

Creamy Tomyam Seafood Spaghetti, dkt dalam gmbr ada prawn. Tapi kenapa bila dapat, satu prawn pun takde nampak???! Kalau takde hati nak letak prawn, jangan letak gmbr prawn dalam gmbr. We paid our food. Bukannya dapat free.

Tak berbaloi langsung lah beli regular pizza tapi dapat size macam personal pizza. Jangan cakap u guys punya regular mmg smpl macam personal pizza eh. Kalau setakat size macam tu, eh better turunkan jelah price. Jangan nak letak harga macam yahudi sangat. Orang pun cari duit susah payah lah. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!! RASA MACAM KENA...
