McDonald's Ampangan DT — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Worst ever MC Donald for Both dine in & take away. Came to order porridge take away and they said got no ayam but got porridge. And when we requested to lower the price a bit since there is no ayam going to be put in the porridge, the manager insisted the price will still stay the same price despite not providing exactly a "bubur ayam". Kononya hanya bubur je lar tapi ayam takde, tapi HARGA ialah HARGA bubur ayam. Less educated manager & Service Bodo!

For dine in, came and ordered mix and match burger ordered MC egg and I received a burger with beef in it!!! So stupid and ignorant to even check the meal as per ordered before even delivering to customer. And when asked at counter, took so long to rectify their mistake! Never layan when someone standing there despite their mistake!!! Absolutely the worst MC D outlet, terrible quality and such a noisy place, poorly maintained environment with poor poor customer service!!! Never to recommend and ever come...

We were there at 6pm for dine in, there were not many customers but I can see long drive thru queue. Staff was kind, a lady even helped me and my little girl with the door which was so nice. The overall operations could have been more efficient, it took too long from preparation to serving, our burger was served cold and ice cream melted. I don’t mind the wait during peak, but can’t understand what happened between the preparation to service that they end up serving cold burger and melting ice cream. The numbering system just confuses me, my order number (and many others) didn’t appear on the screen and the serving numbers on screen doesn’t correspond with the numbers called by the staff.. Sorry not sorry to say this. But I've had enough. Just now, I ordered McD breakfast Sausage McMuffin and hot coffee. Very disappointed to find that I received french fries instead of hash brown. But I'm still okay with it at least, there is a substitute. As I was about to eat Sausage McMuffin, I found that the bread was like being eaten. I swear, I haven't take a bite yet. And plus, sugar was not included for my coffee.

Before this, I've been to the store itself and ask for McD breakfast, and that time was 8 o clock in the morning. They told me it was unavailable. They said they only have the usual menu for lunch. I walk out...
