Pizza Hut Restaurant Centerpoint Seremban — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

This scenario happen today when i order pizza hut via grab. I ordered a set of spaghetti with coca cola and mushroom soup and a set of pizza with garlic bread and mushroom soup. Guess what i received everything EXCEPT for the pizza. I checked with the grab driver in case they left out but the grab driver said they received exactly like what he handle to us. So i called pizza hut centre point at seremban. They DID NOT pick up my call. I call the outlet for total 6 times. Not a single call being pick up. VERY VERY VERY POOR customer service. I know maybe for some of you guys will think that “come on its just a pizza” but hey i paid those food. The QR code scan menu is good but they really need menu for less tech savvy people. The food are good & fresh (maybe I usually do pickup). They really generous with their topping for the pizza. However, the drink doesn't come with straw so it hard to drink especiallywith that huge glass full of ice. I ordered Super Supreme Pizza and asked for no onion. But they still put onion on the pizza. Fine. I'll just put it aside. However, the pizza taste very bland. They put very little sauce on it.
