Ming Kee Labi-labi,Kuala pilah — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

We were lucky to get the last bowl of soft-shelled turtle soup and beef brisket noodle. We arrived quite late at around 2pm. So be there early to avoid disappointment. The soft-shelled turtle soup was cooked with chinese herbal, but i personally found the chinese herbal aroma was a bit overwhelmed. It is RM12 The turtle meat was surprisingly tasty though, with some lean meat and tendon. The beef brisket noodle was superb, i like it very much. The braised beef brisket comes in aromatic savoury broth.

There is a roasted chicken, pork and wonton noodles stall just beside Ming Kee, so there is alternative meals for kids that don't like beef brisket noodles nor soft-shelled...

I had the opportunity to try both the beef noodle and the soft-shell turtle (Labi-labi) noodle here, and I must say, they were both exceptionally delicious. Labi-labi noodle is a rare find in other places, but this spot has it. The price is quite reasonable at around RM12 per bowl, and the portion size is just right. When I visited on a Sunday around 1 pm, the beef noodle was nearly sold out, which speaks to its popularity. On the downside, I found that the drinks sold by other stalls were...

Pang kee softshell turtle noodle was delicious. Generous ingredients. Soup taste like penang herbal soup (e.g. duck drumsticks herbal soup). Turtle meat taste like pork. Just a noble experience if haven't try before. RM10 per serving. 3 stars

Duck rice beside pang kee stall sold good duck rice and roasted pork. Duck just done as average standard. Roasted pork fair better then the duck meat. Recommended take along with porridge will be better as both tasted bit...
