I am a very regular customer in this outlet and I wish to express my extreme disappointment with the service and attitude of your staffs. I have encountered at numerous times , yours staffs at the rasah prima outlet don't have change or don't want to accept our dedit cards and as an excuse their machines are not working. Another disappointing fact is they always don't seen to have boba.Hopefully some serious action will be...

Went here on 17/6 around 4 pm. The woman staff(cashier) very rude. You should learn some manners on how to talk to your customer. Not smiling at all, u better wear your facemask. She took order but act like want to fight. If they burnt out because of shortage of staff, manager shoulf hire more staff lah. But please teach your staff first! Educate them how to deal...

Very bad service and rude staff expecially the one who was at counter taking orders 25/08 around 1700 hrs . No greetings , raising voice , and no manners at all !!!! If dont like to work than don't work .. stop showing tantrum to the customer .. worst tealive staff ever I've met .....
