Update 13th March 2025 Came in the morning to get cappuccino and buy the bean again as I saw there was a different lady(Assistant Manager) based on her badge and when I asked to grind setting no 3 then she told me the machine got some problem and that they always grind using 2.5. If machine got problem get it fixed not give freaking excuses I’m not paying for your inefficiency. This is probably the worst coffee bean outlet.

It states one for 7.50 and she decided to punch 2 items without telling my mum. When my mum realized, she asked her and she said its because the system is created that way. They have to punch 2, you cannot buy 1.

Most time the hot latte I ordered like 80 to 85 percent full and the rest is foam. Latte should not have full of foam. Also many of the staffs do not smile or greet customers. It seems like we owe them something. The coffeebean at Seremban gateway staffs more friendly. The one at Rasah Prima staffs not friendly and the Barista not well trained.
